CONSCIOUS RISING

Welcome to the newest section of our website, Conscious Raising Thoughts and Reflections. I've added this portion of the website to act as a "cyber" talking drum. In Africa the drum is used not only as an instrument for music, but as a way to signal information to the village and to others to make them aware of events which may be of danger or at the very least to sound the alarm of caution.
Here is where we will post clippings, articles, and some of my thoughts and reflections on things which partain to the survival of Afrikan people here in America and in the continent.

There is a rumor going around that we are an endagered species. I would suggest that we are merely at a crossroad which we must make some decisions about our future. Our greatest strength has been our ability to adapt. If we use this God given gift just as our ancestors did, we will survive no matter what the plan is of our alleged oppressor. Our Ancestors were able to overcome much greater challenges than we face and at times they had little more to work with than their faith. What they always had was plan and focus.

Surely in the age of computers and access to information which we have today, we can use our talents, our intellect, and our resources to move forward into this new era and continue to move toward the total freedom and liberation of Afrikan people world-wide. As always we welcome your comments and feedback which you can always post on our bulletin board.
